(1) Characteristics
 
ZMB type polymer cement waterproof coating (JS-III) is made of specific high-performance ZMB building emulsion glue (ZMB type emulsion glue for short) and matched with a certain proportion of cement. This product has excellent adhesion, impermeability, crack resistance, durability and acid and alkali resistance. The product is non-toxic, non-polluting, convenient to construct, has significant environmental benefits, and is the preferred environmentally friendly waterproof material for decoration experts.
 
(2) Use
 
 1. Widely used in the waterproof, anti-leakage, moisture-proof and other projects of aliens, toilets, kitchens, pools, basements, roofs and other buildings.
 
 2. It is used for anti-leakage and moisture proof of porous material masonry such as aerated concrete and hollow brick.
 
(3) Main performance index
 
 1. Bond strength: bonding with concrete and cement mortar ≥ 1.0MPa
 
 2. Elongation at break: no treatment ≥ 30%, tensile strength: no treatment ≥ 1.8MPa
 
 3. Water impermeability: 0.3MPa, 30Min impervious
 
 4. Impermeability: ≥0.8MPa
 
(4) How to use
 
 1. Base treatment: The collective surface should be explained flatly, without honeycomb, pockmark, dust and oil, and the yin and yang angles are curved; the defects of the base layer should be repaired before construction.
 
 2. Priming glue: According to the actual engineering or design requirements, the ZMB emulsion can be used as the interface on the surface of the substrate.
 
 3. Apply waterproof coating: according to ZMB emulsion glue: cement = 1: (0.6 ~ 0.8) weight ratio of stirring, stir with a power drill and brush on the substrate to prevent leakage coating and trachoma, until the first layer is dry After the (about 2~4 hours), it is better to apply it; then apply the second layer. After the second layer is dry (about 2~4 hours), it is not suitable for the hand; the waterproof specification and thickness must be coated with the third layer. .
 
 4. Enhanced treatment: If the waterproof layer needs to be reinforced, it can be reinforced with non-woven fabric or non-alkali fiberglass cloth as carcass.
 
 5. Dosage 1~2kg/m2
 
 6. Do not mix the dried glue glue before use. It is forbidden to step on it 24 hours after the completion of construction, pay attention to damage to the waterproof layer. After the solution is fully cured, please test the water and apply other cover layers (such as batch files or direct adhesion mosaics and tiles) without leaking water.
